This photogenic, rustic southern, sweet spot off of I-95 Exit 29 in Georgia determines how early in the day we hit the road to travel. Get there early enough during the lunch hours and you've got yourself some mighty fine, lip-smackin', fall-off-the-bone ribs. Get there after 1pm and the locals have eaten up all those ribs.
